CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY

Flat Fee of only $799.00 + $100.00 per source of income from work

Retain in-person or by mail

Of your retainer, $299.00 goes to filing fee.

All but $300.00 of total flat fee gets it filed.

Attorney gets $500.00 for his attorney's fees, plus an additional $100.00 for each job you and any spouse worked in the last 6 months

Same price for Northern District, Eastern District and Western District - no matter where you reside in Oklahoma

As stated above, the Client or Clients is/are charged $100.00 for each job any Client has worked, including any self-employment, within the last six months.  The reason for this is that Attorney must review, consider, calculate, and disclose to the Court any such income during such time period; and so, more sources of income means more work for Attorney.  Social Security income, disability, worker's compensation, pension or retirement income does NOT count as income for which an additional $100.00 is charged since such sources of income are not derived from working or employment.

ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT: Cash, money order, cashier's check, personal check, PayPal, VISA and Mastercard
